Peachly is a social network which enables users to share their content; other users to enjoy the said content and for some to do both (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Users”). This policy relates to all Users.

By participating in our social network, you have contracted with us and the processing of data set out herein is part of that contract. The contract is the Terms and Conditions to which all Users are a party and the same is binding upon all Users.
